Children deprived of child happiness will get test tube baby facility in less than August

IGIMS will provide test tube baby (IVF) facility from August. This will be the first government hospital in the state, where IVF (in vitro fertilization) facility is going to be restored. This is a very expensive technique, so poor couples are unable to take advantage of it. But, IGIMS will cost less than half the private. IGIMS infertility specialist Dr. Bhavna Tiwari said that about 30 women have already registered for this before the facility is restored. This number is increasing daily.



About 70 thousand rupees will have to be spent

According to hospital sources, the cost of getting IVF in private is one and a half to two lakh rupees. That is also not necessarily the result of getting IVF for the first time. In this case, you may have to do it again. The rate for IVF in IGIMS has not been officially set yet, but it is expected that around Rs 30-35 thousand can be spent on the procedure and the same is likely to be spent on medicine. That is, the couple will get IVF facility in IGIMS for 60-70 thousand rupees.



Building will be available in July
